Spring is in full bloom, but don't hide!

Spring is a time of growth and renewal!

As I write this, the pollen count is Medium High at 8.9, and the predominant pollens are Elm, Cedar, Juniper, and Alder here in NE Ohio. No mention yet of the maples and oaks that are prevalent in my neighborhood, but they usually shed pollen a little later in the spring.
One thing I always dreaded about spring and summer was pollen and the smell of fresh-cut grass. I would become so congested and get sinus headaches so bad that my teeth hurt. I couldn't mow the lawn or even be outside when the lawn was being mowed. Then I suffered again in the fall when the ragweed bloomed. OTC remedies seemed to help me out, but I didn't like how they made me feel: some left me feeling disconnected and some dried me out terribly.
When I started using essential oils I decided to use them instead of the usual OTC option that I was buying in bulk at Sam's. Guess what? The essential oils helped without the issues I felt from the OTC stuff. All natural and works? Yes, PLEASE!
After 7 fall seasons and now into the 7th spring pollen season, I am proactive with a simple blend of Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint essential oils! I like to use them all 3 ways, and I also have a few favorite pre-mixed blends for respiratory care that I like to rotate into my routine. Having all-natural options that really work never ceases to amaze me! (Don't take essential oils internally unless they are labeled specifically for ingestion!)

The only downside? Now I can mow the lawn.

I trust Young Living (and their Seed to Seal Quality Commitment www.seedtoseal.com) to provide high-quality essential oils, because oils from the Aldi Aisle of Shame don't have therapeutic qualities, and most likely contain additives or residues that you definitely DO NOT want.
